Chef Eric and his family bring you the true “German-Texan Experience,” on a Food Truck! A variety of German style Bratwurst, Schnitzel Sandwiches, Hamburgers, German Pulled Pork, Currywurst, fries and more. We occasionally also feature items like Spätzle , Braised Red Cabbage, Cucumber Salad, Schnitzel Stix and Soups.
Born in Wiesbaden, Germany to a German mother and his dad a Texan, Eric brings the best of both worlds together. Recipes are authentic from the area of central Germany adding a Texas twist, like use of jalapeno or spicy sauce.
