Quaker Steaks is a veteran owned and operated food truck, feeding the good people of Houston, TX top-notch Philly cheesesteaks on the streets. At Quaker Steaks, you’re getting great tasting Philly cheesesteaks done up just right. Get that classic cheesesteak featuring thin sliced ribeye steak with your choice of provolone or American cheese on an amoroso roll, or sink your teeth into their signature Quaker Steak, outfitted with grilled onions, fresh mushrooms and your choice of hot or sweet peppers. Owner Scott Boyer

Scott Boyer is a retired Marine cook of 18 years. Born in Reading, PA, not far from Philadelphia, Scott had an idea. After meeting his wife and moving to a small town outside of Houston, he opened a food truck and began selling authentic Philly cheesesteaks in the heart of Texas. His truck is called Quaker Steaks. And he’s the real deal!

"Yo Adrian" Burger
100% Wagyu beef raised in Texas. A 1/3 lb. beef patty topped with your choice of cheese, grilled onions, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles. Served on a toasted brioche bun with Thousand Island dressing.

Chicken wings that will make you come back just for the wings! Your choice of Naked (excellent flavor) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Mango Habanero, Buffalo, Sweet Teriyaki, Sweet Chili, Garlic Parmesan (Garlic Butter with Parmesan Cheese) sauces. Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing if desired
Cheese Steak Hoagie
6 ounces of thin sliced rib eye with your choice of cheese, with or without onions, served in an Amoroso Roll with Lettuce and Tomatoes.
Cheese Burger
100% Wagyu beef raised in Texas. A 1/3 lb. beef patty with your choice of American, Cheddar or Swiss cheese served on a fresh Brioche roll. Add your choice of toppings!
"Apollo" Burger
100% Wagyu beef raised in Texas. A 1/3 lb. beef patty topped with blue cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce slathered on the toasted brioche bun. Topped with your choice of cheese, grilled onions, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles. Add jalapeno peppers or hot peppers to turn up the heat!
10 Wings

Veggie Philly Hoagie
Fresh grilled vegetables(Onion, Bell Pepper, Mushrooms), and your choice of sweet or hot peppers. We season the vegetables with a touch of our house seasoning and top it off with your choice of cheese. Served on an Amoroso roll. Try our house made marinara sauce for additional flavor!
Phillydilla
6 ounces of thin sliced rib eye with American cheese, with or without onions and peppers stuffed between two large tortillas.
Philly Burger
100% Wagyu beef raised in Texas. A 1/3 lb. beef patty with sliced rib eye and your choice of cheese. Add Grilled Onions or Peppers to your order!
Italian Hoagie
