Do I need to meet or coordinate with the food truck
Nope. We take care of everything for your event such as payment, menu selection, coordination, and even where the trucks should park. You are assigned a local event coordinator, so all your questions are easily and quickly addressed with them.

You can browse the trucks we have in our club, select menu items, and book them online yourself or you can speak to one of our helpful event coordinators and they can get you all set up in no time.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also accept purchase orders as well as work through company payment portals.

Not from us, though some vendors may charge for last-minute cancellations. You can usually avoid charges by cancelling at least 5 business days in advance.
No problem! You tell us your budget and the food trucks will serve food until your budget is met. We’ll then send you the bill once the event has concluded. A deposit is required for this event arrangement.
Yes, though our vendors need enough time to accommodate your changes. 3 business days is usually enough time to make adjustments.
Whether it’s regarding a special menu request or where the trucks should park, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the vendor for you.
Yes. If you’re anything less than happy with your experience, let us know and we’ll make it right.
You will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed. If you cancel the reservation with sufficient notice, you will receive a 100% refund. See above question for more about cancellation fees.
