Rosalyn’s Hot Chicken was started August, 2016 in our kitchen in Houston, Texas. We want to bring our love of Nashville’s famous Hot Chicken to the greater Houston area.
Rosalyn Perkins passed away in 1985 however, we will never forget her great love of food and her willingness to always try new things. Rosalyn was adventurous and loved racing in her Chevy Camaro. We decided to name the trailer in her honor because of her fiery spirit. This chicken is not for the faint at heart! Hot Chicken was one of our favorites growing up in Nashville. We are now bring our unique blend of spices from the Tri- Star to the Lone Star!
